Does weekender bag meet the carry-on requirements of Airlines?

Yes, weekender bag is compatible with most airlines’ carry-on requirements.


Which courier companies do you ship with?

We ship worldwide with express courier companies FEDEX & USPS.


How long does it take to receive the order after I pay for it?

The order reaches customers in USA & Canada within 5 days of ordering. International order delivery time varies depending on the country’s location, it is safe to assume that 5-9 days are reasonable time for international deliveries.
Tracking code to check the status for all the deliveries are shared with customers.

How much is the shipping cost?

USA (mainland) – We offer free shipping on orders of $300 or above. For orders below $300 we charge a flat fee of $10.
USA (offshore, e.g. Hawaii) – We charge a flat fee of $ 30 on orders of $ 300 or above. For orders below $300 we charge a flat fee of $ 20.
International Charges – We charge a flat fee of $ 40 on orders of $300 or above. For orders below $300 we charge a flat fee of $30.
Courier companies charge extra for delivering to some remote areas. We will contact you to take approval for delivering to remote areas with actual cost on customer’s account.


Who will pay the Custom Duty for deliveries outside of USA?

Custom duty differ from one country to another and assessment of custom duty is quite tricky for leather goods in some countries. Our shipping service does not allow us to prepay custom duty and ask that you pay assessed duty as per your country’s requirement.


What is Copperhyde’s Guarantee and Return Policy?

All our products come with 100% protection from manufacturing defects. Our products are made with the highest quality standards and go through rigorous quality checks.
In the unlikely event of you receiving damaged goods or goods with manufacturing defects, we will replace it (at no cost to you) and also cover return shipping expenses. Just email your shipping invoice to customerservice@copperhyde.com with photos of the defect and we will take care of the rest. Please note that items to be returned must be unused, in original Copperhyde packaging and returned within 7 days from the receipt of the package.
However, your product has been crafted from premium quality leather which has been treated to maintain its natural patterns, slight variations in grain and/or color gives each piece a distinctive character and this cannot be considered a defect. Personalized items can’t be returned.
Items purchased on Copperhyde.com are eligible for a return or exchange within 30-days from the receipt of the item. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the product must not show sign of wear and tear, should be in saleable condition, have original tags and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase.
We request usage of the original box and shipping materials when sending back the unwanted product.
The exchange process can be done only once with single purchase. For second exchange new order needs to be placed. Refund will be adjusted via the original payment method. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs will apply on the exchanged product to be sent to you. Please contact our Customer Service Department before sending your item back for return or exchange.

All of our products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. However, our products are not indestructible. Therefore, our guarantee is based on reasonable use policy and does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear and tear, mishandling, misuse or abuse of the product.
